Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.
Reggie does not sell or share your personal information. We do not provide data to third-party advertising networks for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not exchange user data for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We do work with service providers who process data on our behalf — for example, Firebase (authentication and database), OpenAI (the AI that generates registry concepts), Pinterest (when you choose to import a board), and the affiliate programs whose retailer links power our “Buy” CTAs. These are processors, not sales — they handle data only to provide services we've asked them for. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Your other rights under CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to know — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Use the Export my data button on your account settings page (or email us if you can't sign in).
- Right to delete — permanently delete your account and every record we hold. Use the Delete my account button on the same settings page.
- Right to correct — fix inaccurate data. Most fields are editable in the app; for anything you can't edit yourself, email us.
- Right to non-discrimination — exercising any of these rights will not affect the price or quality of the service.
